1. Use of Service
AI Trust Stack provides API services for content quality scoring, compliance detection, and model routing. By using these services you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid tiers.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use the API for illegal purposes, to violate others' rights, or to generate harmful content. Reverse engineering, reselling, or misrepresenting the service is prohibited.
3. Billing and Credits
Usage is charged per API call according to the pricing page. Credits do not expire. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for unused credits. Stripe processes all payments and their terms apply to all transactions.
4. Limitation of Liability
AI Trust Stack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 90 days preceding the claim.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
